Steve is a partner and attorney at the law firm of Roeder, Cochran, Phillips, PLLC.

Steve was a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (“NITA”) at Georgetown University Law School, and taught the NITA courses in-house while with Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, and lectures frequently in continuing education programs for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Fairfax Bar Association on topics ranging from trial tactics and preparation to conversion of corporate opportunities. He is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers 2006. Steve and his wife, Ruth, reside in McLean, Virginia, they have four children.
